Proc: Upper GI Endo DX: 537.4 - Fistula duodenal

scope went to 2nd part of duodenum. Proc performed by doc A & doc B.
A fistula was found in gastric antrum. Surrounding mucosa inflammed and hypertrophic. Doc B passed a wire through fistula at the skin, and the wire was grasped with a snare thru the scope in the gastric lumen.

The wire was pulled out thru the scope. A cytology brush was passed over the wire and inserted into the fistula. The mucosa was brushed to roughen the surface. Scope was removed over the wire.

An OTSC clip was placed on the scope and a fistula plug attached to the wire which was pulled out thru the abdominal wall. OTSC clip was then fired over gastric aspect of fistula. A second clip was applied. The entire fistula was closed internally.

Does anyone know how this would be coded?
