What about J98.4 or R22.2?

J98.4 would be more specific, but R22.2 would not be wrong either.

As well, the insurance companies are denying it, or someone else told you? If someone else, who? If the insurance company, then, I would suggest trying out J98.4. If it is another coder, I would disagree with them, and say R91.8 is the most accurate, however I would like to hear their reason for why they think otherwise. Maybe something they are seeing that I'm not.
