Procedure: ESOPHAGOGASTRODUODENOSCOPY FOLLOWED BY LIMITED ENDOSCOPY THROUGH COLOSTOMY.
Description: During EGD, the colostomy appliance filled with BRB. The gastroscope was inserted 15-20 cm into the colon. There is an evanescent bleeding site at 5 o'clock position, which was cauterized with multipolar probe.
would i use 45334 or 44391?
