"exposure of anterior surface of the spine at l4-l5 and l5-si and l4, l5, and s1 partial corpectomy, posterior l4 to s1 fusion and instrumentation, and anterior lumbar interbody fusion l4-l5 and l5-s1.

Anyone know the code for this?
