Filling in for Ortho coder and need help with this CPT and ICD-9

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Displaced and comminuted intra-articular fracture, left distal radius and ulnar
styloid.

He does ORIF on the distal radius and on the ulnar styloid
 
Need more info for the procedure. How many fragments he removed from the inta-articular, if it was an open or percutaneous fixation with debridement or without etc. ?
