If anyone is able to help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

There is an op report and the procedures performed were
1. Strayer gastroc. recession
2. Toes 2-4 distal interphalangeal arthrodesis
3. 5th toe claw release

the codes I came up with were 26860,26861,26861,27685,27686.

The problem is, the toes all has seperate incisions.. and 27685 is coded as single tendon, and 27686 is multiple tendons through the same incision.. so I'm not 100% sure on how to code this.

Without the benefit of the op report...I would look at:

1. Strayer = 27687

2. IP arthrodesis = 28285.....hammertoes?

3. claw toe = 28232 , 28234 ?? would need more info on this one.
