Help With Bronchoscopy Codes

Hey Candace, you will need two codes to report the procedures you described. You would use CPT 31635, Bronchoscopy...; with removal of foreign body, to code for the removal of the endobronchial valves. The biospy will most likely be CPT 31625, Bronchoscopy...; with bronchial or endobronchial biopsy(s), single or multiple sites. I hope that helps.
