Help...stent in one vessel balloon in other

Hi...I just got myself confused, if we have a stent placed in the LAD, 92928 and a balloon placed in the RCA, would I use 92921 for the balloon or 92920? I'm thinking the 92921. Thanks for your help!! Sandy:)
 
I would use 92920 since 92921 is an add-on and can't be used alone, or without the primary base bode 92920. I see your thought process on this, though.
