So I have a provider who saw a patient via teleheath on Wednesday for a routine HIV follow up with labs. During that visit she complained of having a lesion on her inner thigh so she was told to come into the office tomorrow (Thursday) so a culture can be performed. So my question is under the telehealth guidelines can this patient have 2 "office" visits back to back like that when one of them was telehealth? the first visit was billed as 99213-95 pos 11
