Since Healthnet has taken over in North Carolina, there is no reasoning to which modifer they want and when. Does anyone have any guidance on what Healthnet is seeking when dealing with VA claims specific to physical therapy and chiropractic?

Thanks all!

physical therapy modifier GP on everything

I have found if you use GP as modifier for physical therapy it works

mofifers

If you are doing an exam on the same day as the manipulation you can put a modifier -25 on the exam code for chiro.
If you are using codes 97110-97124 while also billing a chiro manipulativetherapy or for 97140 then add -59
