As per your statement ''MASS ON RECENT COLONOSCOPY'' is reason for visit it seems patient came for follow up for Mass if CT abdomen and pelvis exam Proven the mass than code as primary diagnosis as colonic mass or if Not proven than you need to code V71.89 -suspected conditions
