Help verifying correct billing for In-hospital by non-hospital provider

I have never billed hospital before and want to make sure has been done correctly. Patient is already admitted as in-patient on a Medicare A stay at a hospital (for non-mental health issue) our provider (not on staff with the hospital but can work there) is requested to see the patient for a Mental Health Eval and if needed follow-up care. They have been billing Mental Health Eval 90792 and then Subsequent Hospital InPt/Obs 99232 or 99233 all with POS of 21 billing to Medicare B. Should these services be covered under Part A and be billed by hospital or can I bill it to Part B? Thank you so much I have not found any clear info from Medicare on this. :)

The work performed by a physician (even if the patient is admitted) is billed under the physician to Part B as professional fee services. The hospital facility services (room & board, nursing work, etc) is billed by facility under Part A.
