OBGYN physician didn't make it to hospital in time...so another physician from a different practice delivered baby via c-section...obgyn physician shows up and takes over as primary surgeon to inspect/suture after delivery. How would I code this?

The primary surgeon would bill C-section only and the other provider would bill antepartum and postpartum visits. The provider has to perform the delivery to bill for it.
