hi all! if someone could help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!!

procedure: Repair of posterosuperior labrum partial tear with arthroscopic synovectomy.

I have the synovectomy code, but the other has stumped me. thanks in advance for the help!

Repair labrum through scope??

w/o reading the op note...it's hard to tell...look @ 29806 definition and the synovectomy would be included.
