Hello

Looking for a Dx code :for restored renal function. Physician is ligating AV fistula What Dx code would one use looking in the V codes , what about

no, I code for an ASC, physician order has come thru for procedure ligation of AV fistula, searching for a dx
 
I would code the fistula with the procedure that is to be done, (AV = arteriovenous 447.0) you shouldn't need a V code for that:)
