Hi,
I'm brand new to ENT coding after many years in OB-GYN. Can anyone help me w/ coding this procedure?

"Exploration of the neck w/ excision of 4 parathyroid glands, bilateral central compartment neck dissections w/ bilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve dissections, partial mediastinal dissection of the left, reimplantation of a parathyroid to the right forearm and excisional biopsy of a mass of the left thyroid lobe."

Diagnosis is: Tertiary hyperparathyroidism

Any help appreciated!
