Wiki Help w/new PT/OT Medicare G-Codes

As of July 1 Medicare is requiring functional reporting G codes to be appended to all Physical Therapy claims. We have been testing these for about a month and Medicare keeps pulling the claims apart (processing the CPT codes separate from the G-codes). Is if anyone else is having Medicare do this to their PT claims? Are they doing it because it is during the testing period?
