Wiki Help when coding bladder instillation assign 90586?

If patient is given mitomycin as a bladder instillation would you assign 90586 (bacillun calmette guerin vaccine for bladder cancer, live, for intravesical use) along with 51720 (bladder instillation of anti-carcinogenic agent)?

I know for sure 51720 needs to be assigned but not too sure about the 90586?
