Help with 71046

[TLC]

We are getting denials for the 71046 in different scenerios. I can't find anything from Medicare with approved ICD10 codes. Only a little list of the NOT covered ICD10 codes. Does anyone know is there a new LCD or NCD that has approved ICD10's? Thank you for you help

Did you try posting your question in Radiology? Might help if you can explain the payor reason for denial, ex. missing a modifier perhaps?
