Question if the doctor is taking one view of the left foot and one view of the right foot on the same film, how would you bill this?

I would bill 73620 LT and 73620 RT. Do you agree?

You need to add modifier 52 to each of those since he did not do 2 views of each foot.
If this is really a bilateral joint study, then consider 77077 instead (coded just once.)
