Attention was directed to the first metatarsophalangeal joint. Under fluoroscopic
guidance, a 0.45-K wire was used to drill transchondrally through the chondral plate and
to inspire angiogenesis and healthy fibrocartilaginous production. This was done multiple
times, approximately 5-applications at 3-sites, medial and lateral first
metatarsophalangeal joint.

Dr says "percutaneous transchondral drilling 1st mpj"

I'm thinking 28022 with 76000

Any takers?
