Hi,

I'm new to coding Oncology, and would love an opinion on a diagnosis
I had a pathology report come back as High Grade PIN, I'm not sure how I should code this as the pathology report dosen't state PIN1, PIN 2, or PIN 3.
There is no mention of malignant on the pathology report.

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated,

This is found as dysplasia, prostate PIN grade III 233.4. It is carcinoma in situ of prostate (prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia).
