I could use some help coming up with an anesthesia code for service listed below... 00550?

PREOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Chronic draining sinus from prior internal plating of the sternum.
POSTOPERATIVE DIAGNOSIS:
Chronic draining sinus from prior internal plating of the sternum.
OPERATIVE PROCEDURE:
1. Exploration of sternal incision, with removal of lower sternal Talon as
well as sternal wire, in the midbody of the sternum and inferiorly.
2. Pulsavac irrigation and primary closure.
DESCRIPTION OF PROCEDURE:
The patient was brought to the operating room, placed in supine position, and administered general anesthesia. After sterile prep and drape, an incision was made over the pinhole incision which had been chronically draining for the last 3 months. It was opened and the lower Talon was identified as the draining source of this. The incision was extended somewhat superiorly, for a total of 5 cm, and the sternal wire above the sternal Talon as well as the one below were both removed as well. The sternal Talon was removed. The Pulsavac was then utilized to irrigate the wound and the wound was closed in multiple layers using Vicryl and Quill suture. The patient tolerated the procedure well.
