No 99144 is not reportable w/ either procedure
I got CCI edits flag w/ these sets, saying not allowed even w/ a modifier. I doubt you'll find any major surgical procedure that will allow you to bill 99144 in addition to the original procedure.

Moderate sedation is included with the procedure. Cannot bill separately. Only an anesthesiologist would be able to bill not the physician
