Billing Botox for Migraines, Provider would like to see patient every 3 months, for injections. NO follow up scheduled in between, no other condition addressed during Injection appointment. Would like to see what protocol is followed with other clinics. Are you scheduling a follow up in between? Past billers have been billing E/M and Botox Admin, same day, using mod 25, without separate reason for visit. I am not sure how to explain to the physicians that this is not allowed, they have been doing this for years. Thank you for your help!
