Help with Cardio Fetal Echo Billing

I have a patient that we saw for a visit for ASD repair & she is pregnant & also did a fetal echo on her how do I bill this visit. For mom I have 99245,93000,93303,93325,93320 then her fetal echo 76857,76825,93325.
