Need dx code for Cervical spine lytic lesion.

I have come up with 336.9 unspecified disease of spinal cord (which was found under lesion of)
or 733.90 disorder of bone and cartilage, unspecified (which is listed on the pts hospital encounter).

A lytic lesion is a destruction of an area of bone, so I'd go with the 733.90

Actually 793.7 is better.
