Need help coding delivery of fetal demis. Patient is 21 and 6/7 weeks. Spontaneous rupture of membranes. Ultrasound done and fetal demise. Normal pregnancy prior to this. Patient given misoprostol and had vaginal delivery of stillborn. Is this coded as regular delivery or abortion? thanks
 
I feel that the subject of the original posting was whether it was an abortion or delivery as for the given gestational date.
