The patient was prepped and 1% lidocaine was used to anesthetize the right and left femoral areas. Under ultrasound guidance, the right and left common femoral arteries were accessed, we placed a preclosure technique and fired 2 Perclose sutures in each groin, a 7-French sheath was placed on the right and a 12-French sheath on the left. We gave heparin. We performed an abdominal angiogram, which revealed our aneurysm. We then placed a 11-French sheath on the right. We then advanced the main body below the renal arteries and deployed that. We then cannulated the contralateral gate with a KMP catheter and an Advantage wire. We exchanged for a pigtail, which confirmed we were inside the gate of the main body graft. We then deployed our contralateral limb. We then finished deploying our main body limb graft. We then ballooned the proximal and distal attachment zones as well as the gate. Completion angiogram showed excellent result with complete exclusion of the aneurysm. Device that was used was a 31 x 18 main body and a 16 x 12 contralateral limb. Completion angiogram showed no endoleak. Sheaths removed
