Confused as to how to bill for I&D Deep bilateral arm antecubital abscesses (Not sure if I should use RT & Lt modifiers or just 51)

Also, how do I code for excison of two right inguinal lymph nodes

Depending on the documentation regarding I&D of abscess, 10060 or 10061.
Assuming you do coding for a physician, I would go with "51" instead of RT/ LT.

As for the lymph node excision that you indicate: 38500

Since you did indicate "deep" abscesses, look at 23930. I also think you should consider using the 50 modifier.

I like 23930 as it does indicate "deep" and is site specific.
