Help with coding poor exercise/eating habits in patients who underwent gastric bypass

Hello,

How you do all code poor eating habits/noncompliance with diet/ and/or poor exercise habits for patients who have undergone gastric bypass surgery?

I have found early satiety and noncompliance with medications. Does anyone else know of a specific code to use for this?
