Help with coding trial neurostimulator

From my understanding you would code a trial dual lead neurostimulator as 63650 2 units (not bilateral) and then for a medicare patient you would code the leads as C1778 with 2 units??? Then for commerical insurance you code the leads as L8680 with the amount of electrodes in the units so for a dual lead with 16 electrodes on each you would enter 32 in the units. Is this correct?
