Can I please get other opinions on the correct way to code the following scenario?
Patient has two different metacarpal fractures on left and right hand. Closed treatment for the fractures is provided.

Which fingers? With or without manipulation?

Use 26600 (without manipulation) or 26605 (with manipulation) with the appropriate finger modifiers.

You also will need a modifier 59 on he second procedure to show they are distinct procedures.
