Help with CPT billing for Excison of Lipomatosis

I have a question on how to bill these procedures. CPT codes: 24071 X 2 and 25071x28
"Both arms were prepped and draped in usual steril fashion The symptomatic masses had been marked preoperatively. They were distributed throughout the forearm and anterior brachium. A vertical stab incision was made over each lipoma and shelled out nicely. This is medicare how should these be billed out ?
