Hope someone can help me with documentation on this. I have a plastic surgeon that is doing removal of tissue expander with insertion of prosthesis. He states that you can bill the 19330 instead of the 11970. I need documentation that supports my billing the 11970. If anyone has anything from the plastic surgery boards it would be great.
