Wiki Help with diagnoses for spine surgery

I need help with the diagnoses for this pt.

1. Pseudoarthrosis at C6-7

2. Status post C6-7 anterior cervical diskectom and fusion.

3. Stenosis.

4. Radiculopathy.

I have codes.

1. 733.82
2. V45.43
3. 723.0
4. 723.4

They are doing a c6-7 arthrodesis, etc. and I didn't now whether I needed to code a complication code since he already had discectomy and fusion or would those codes above be correct. Thanks for any help.

Without the complete note it not possible to say what the dx codes for this encounter should be. Often when you see a list like this it is off of a running problem list and is not accurate for this specific encounter. I would need to see exactly how the provider related these issues to each other to know if this is a complication or a new condition or just a follow up.
