Patient had a CT of the cervical spine.

Conclusion reads:

There is mutilevel lower cervical disc disease and spondylosis and there is significant spinal stenosis at C5-6 and C6-7 levels as well. The body of the report also states that there is compression of the cervical cord at this level.

Would 722.71, 721.1, and 723.0 be correct diagnosis codes?
