1. Chronic deep venous thrombosis that causes stenosis of approximately 30-45% of both femoral veins and the left popliteal vein.

2. Severe reflux in both great and left small saphenous veins.

I am new to vascular coding and want to make sure I coded this right. I am coming up with 453.51 and 454.8, is this correct?
