Does anyone know how you would code Collagenosis Colitis? Would you code them separately since there is no code that specifies this(that I can find)?

it was a difficult dx to find!

Collagenous colitis is assigned code 558.9, other and unspecified noninfectious gastroenteritis
and colitis. (See Coding Clinic, November-December 1987, page 8.)
