We have a patient who had an salpino-ooperectomy in March, 2008. She now presents with abdominal pain and was found to have a remnant of her ovary attached to the mesenteric border of her sigmoid colon. Looking for dx for retained ovary remnant. Not sure if I should use neoplasm mesentery, benign or if anybody has any other suggestions. Thanks.
