I got to work this morning and we had a baby overnight!! This is real exciting for us since we do not do babies. So now I am looking at how to code this. Mom presented to our ER and delivered within 40 minutes. Mother did all of the antepartum with her regular OB Doc. I am looking at 59409. Is this right??
 
I'd agree with your choice - vaginal delivery ONLY - 59409.
