New to this. Doc notes .07x.04x.01 cm for benign eyebrow Nevus Excision. How do I calculate that to a code? I'm getting 11443 ??

You would have to include margins to get the correct code but if this includes margins, this would and you truly mean .07 and not .7 then the code would be 11440 as that is for 0.5 cm or less.
