OP report states cysto, bilateral retrograde ureteral pyelograms, interp of retrogrades, ureteroscopy of right anterior bladder neck fistulous track and fistulogram. Coding I came up with is 52005-50, 20501, 74420-26, 76080-26 and 52351. Pt was sch for different procedure but in looking into bladder a fistula was discovered. Very unusual case. Any suggestions/thoughts??
