Wiki Help with fluorscopic examination

One of my docs performed a fluoroscopic examination on the eye to check for corneal abrasion. Is this something that you can code as seperate, or should it be included in the office visit. I have looked throughout the CPT book and can't come up with anything. Any help would be great!
