Wiki Help with fracture care

Can anyone help with this.

Patient has a closed fracture of a left radial head and left proximal ulna. I don't see a cpt code to combined fracture care for both. Is there a combined code, or can i bill for both procedures and use a 52 modifier for second procedure code?

First, you need to check with the carrier on how they would like you to bill it. Most of them will not take the code twice with a mod 52. Second, was manipulation done at the time of the procedure and third there are two codes that we use in our office and that is 25560 or 25565 when both the radial head and ulna is fractured.
