We do not normally use any HCPCS codes in plastic surgery but we have a new scar 'bandaid' that the docs would like to bill to insurance.

If I use 99070 for the supplies and A6025 for the gel sheet, where do I put the pricing?

If I use a J code the CPT has an injection fee and the J code for Sterioid has a fee but I am confused on the above.
