Wiki Help with Hematoma formation code

Can anyone assist me with this:

Gastroduodenal aneurysm with hematoma formation causing extrinsic compression on the 3rd and 4th portion of the duodenum.

I have the aneurysm code as 442.84 but I am at a loss trying to find the code for the hematoma causing compression.

Thank you in advance!
 
Here is what I am thinking. The Gastroduodenal Aneurysm is a weakening therefore I would think that that is what is making the hematoma. So I would code that as other specified disorder of the stomach/duodenum. 537.89.
