Ok, I just wanted to be sure that I am assigning the correct diagnosis code for this encounter.

A patient came in asking about Hep B shot. The patient had received 2 of the 3 shots prior but never received the 3rd shot. Assesment states "Hep B immunization evaluation" and plan is to check Hep B titer level. For DX code, I was thinking V05.3. Is this correct or does anyone have a better code to use?
