Dr. did a femur open reduction and internal fixation with intramedullary nail for an impending pathologic fx. Pt has metastatic prostate CA to the femur. What would you use as the diagnosis code for this? I was thinking V07.8 but I'm not sure. Also would you use27245 or 27187? Thank you for the help!
