Wiki Help with: Infected mesh from prior hernia

Could somone please advise me on this one. Dr removed infected mesh from previouse ventral hernia and did a ventral hernia repair. The prior surgery was done more than a year ago. Is there a code for removal of the infected mesh or do i just bill out the ventral hernia repair.
